Information Technology Advisor (Architect ) - Graphic Packaging International, LLC - 1500 Riveredge Parkway NW, Suite 100, Atlanta, GA 30328
DUTIES: Be responsible for the support, development, and implementation of SAP HCM (Systems Applications and Products Human Capital Management) and Employee Central solutions. Participate in other project activities including testing, documentation, and user training. Work independently or with project managers to define work tasks and provide estimates. Serve as a mentor or information resource for staff on technologies within area of expertise. Work to understand business requirements and translate those requirements into a high-quality, reliable, and efficient ABAP design and solution. Keep current on SAP development trends, such as new technologies and development approaches. Work for all phases of on-going roll out, future projects, and support. Create specialized reports using SAP ABAP programming language for the SAP HCM module including Payroll Accounting, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration. Be responsible for Employee Central transformation templates and mapping to ERP Info@types. Troubleshoot data replication issues using Replication Monitor and SLG1 logs. Design forms and output for SAP modules using SAP Script and Smart Forms. Troubleshoot and correct SAP module problems by using ABAP programming language to implement OSS notes. Modify system screens to provide default values and eliminate unnecessary fields using transaction variants. Interface with business analysts to ensure the proper integration of business processes and procedures to information technology. Assist in defining technical requirements for on-going systems maintenance and future functionality. Carry out testing for all phases and coordinate with business for User Acceptance Testing and issue resolution. Participate and execute cutover as per need. Provide post-implementation hyper care support and training. Perform analysis of build business issues and identify issue resolution. Work on change requests and enhancements. Provide documentation as per approved template for all phases of projects. Define, build, maintain, and enhance interfaces to different technologies and systems outside of SAP. Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field required. Twelve years of development experience required. Eight years of SAP development experience required, including with SAP technology solutions and in the design, delivery, and support of SAP business applications. Any experience required with: ABAP development objects including: dialog programming, user-exits, BADI's, Smart Forms and/or Adobe Forms, ALV, BAPIs, RFCs, and other SAP development tools; the design and development of Workflow applications; development work in at least one other non-ECC system (BI/BW, CRM, SRM, or HCM); data flow and integration across modules inside SAP ECC and between SAP ECC and other SAP systems; the software development life cycle; performing systems analysis and design activities in accordance with development methodology; implementation in SAP ABAP programming; the cross-function relationship between modules for forms, reports, interfaces, enhancements, BDC, LSMW, BADI, BAPI, workflow, and other development work; the principles and techniques of systems analysis, design, and testing; the principles of program documentation; the principles of report, screen, and form design; preparing technical specification and coordinating with functional team for development activities; interface and IDOCs; different kinds of transport requests and SAP best practices in handling transports; identifying and resolving deep seated technical issues including system debugging; business operations and best industry practices in a manufacturing environment; working in a global working environment; translating technical information into language non-technical people will understand; identifying schedule conflicts and deficiencies in technical work and implementation plans; leading project and staff meetings; managing cross-functional resources; interacting with customer base as needed for project definition and resourcing; Employee Central and Core Hybrid Deployment EC-ECP; BIB (Business Integration Builder) data replication to SAP ERP on PREM system; OM/PA replication BADI's implementation; SAP BTP Integration Suite development with CPI as the middleware; the development and use of SOAP, REST and Odata webservices; SAP FIORI OData services development; and understanding new systems technology and resulting interfaces. Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. EEOE.
Pay Range: $115,350.00 - $153,800.00
