Production Associate - 2nd Shift | $19.10/hr

About the Role

As a Production Associate, you will be cross-trained across several departments and play a key role in producing high-quality aerospace components. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experience while building a solid career path in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily foundry operations and maintain smooth workflow across production lines

Perform inspections and follow all safety and quality standards

Assist with assembly, packing, and shipping/receiving tasks

Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic machine operation tasks

Essential Skills

Experience with hand tools , general labor, or production work

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Strong attention to detail and safety-minded attitude

Willingness to learn new skills through hands-on training

Preferred Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Team-oriented, reliable work ethic

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

Experience with machine operation, forklift use, or power tools is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groton, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
