Low Voltage Technician -

Schedule: Monday-Saturday | Start Times Between 7-8 AM | 8-12 Hour Days

Contract: 3 Months to Start (Strong Possibility of Extension or Permanent Hire)

Position Overview:

We are seeking both experienced Low Voltage Technicians and motivated entry-level candidates to support ongoing projects across Health and Medical Facilities . Work will consist of low-voltage installation, testing, troubleshooting, and MAC (Move/Add/Change) work.

Key Responsibilities

Install, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage cabling using tools such as Fluke testers.

Run, pull, and terminate various low-voltage cables including CAT5, CAT6, copper, and coax.

Perform low-voltage installations including VOIP, new construction, MAC work, and general copper/low-voltage tasks.

Travel to multiple sites within a 60-mile radius.

Depending on assignment, meet at office to ride out with a lead or drive directly to the job site.

Interact with customers professionally and maintain a strong work ethic on site.

Requirements

1+ year of low-voltage experience preferred, but open to entry-level applicants willing to learn.

Ability to run, pull, and terminate CAT5/CAT6/copper/coax cabling.

Reliability, strong communication skills, and customer-facing professionalism.

Willingness to work long shifts (8-12 hours) Monday-Saturday.

Ability to travel between job sites across the Tampa area using their own vehicle.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
