Adecco is assisting in the search for an organized Staff Assistant in Frankfort, KY. This is a long-term opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. This is a 1st shift opportunity, with pay starting at $20 an hr. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities for this Executive Administrative Assistant position include but are not limited to:

· Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies

· Monitors organizational unit budget status and makes recommendations to superiors in terms of internal adjustments necessary to stay within the budget

· Drafts correspondence or other responses for administrators, clients and/or the general public

· Attend staff meetings, as assigned

· Issue payments on invoices & travel reimbursements

· Payment document @types will be: GAX, PRC, ITI/ITA, TP in the Commonwealth's eMARS eProcurement system

· Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management and other applications.

· Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material

Qualifications for this Executive Administrative Assistant position include:

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Must have prior experience in eMARS

· Self-motivated

· Excellent computer skills

· Excellent attendance record

· Polite phone manner

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
