Now Hiring: Travel Physical Therapist - Assisted Living and Rehab Facility

Location: Kahului, HI

Schedule: Day shift | 30-40 hours per week

Duration: 13 weeks

Important: Must reside 50 or more miles from zip code 96732

Key Responsibilities:

Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities designed to enhance motor skills, coordination, and independence

Utilize assistive devices effectively to support patient function and independence

Document patient responses and progress accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations

Commitment to exceptional patient care and customer service

Will be required to float to other location in Wailuku, HI

Qualifications:

Current HI state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant is required

Current AHA BLS is required

Experience in geriatric care settings is preferred

Pay Breakdown:

$720 per week (taxable)

$1,085 weekly per diem (non-taxable)

Pay Details: $1,805.00 per week
