IT Project Manager

We are seeking an organized IT Project Manager to lead technology projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, coordinating teams, and managing IT initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, and software environments.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverable schedules

Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors

Track project risks, dependencies, and issues while maintaining clear communication

Lead project meetings, document action items, and provide progress reports

Manage scope, requirements, and change control procedures

Oversee implementation, testing, deployment, and post-project handoff

Support IT governance, documentation, and compliance standards

Ensure projects align with organizational goals and technology strategies

Requirements

3-5 years of IT project management experience

Experience overseeing projects in infrastructure, cloud, software, or security

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, or hybrid project methodologies

Excellent communication, planning, and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Monday.com

Strong documentation and reporting abilities

PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are a plus
