Accounts Payable Specialist

About the Role

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes? This Accounts Payable Specialist role offers the opportunity to support day-to-day financial operations while growing your accounting career in a collaborative, fast-paced real estate environment.

What You'll Do

Manage end-to-end accounts payable across multiple properties

Code and process invoices accurately and on time

Assist with month-end close, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting

Collaborate closely with property management and accounting teams

Maintain organized electronic records and support compliance efforts

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field

2-3 years of professional experience (real estate experience is a plus)

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office; Google Suite experience is a bonus

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
