Job Summary
The David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah is seeking a full-time Administrative Program Coordinator to join the academic support team. This dynamic role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced academic setting. We are looking for someone who contributes to a collaborative environment and brings a positive and professional attitude to the team.
Responsibilities
Manage all teaching/research assistant-related processes, including searches, hiring, onboarding and off-boarding, timecard approvals and corrections, proctor requests, and email correspondence
Data analysis and reporting related to teaching assistants' management
Assist with faculty hiring and review processes
Assist with some class scheduling and curriculum changes
Process reimbursements and purchase requests for faculty
Provide guidance to faculty regarding school and university policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience), plus one year of directly related experience
Demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze and make decisions related to program content.
Strong coordination and organizational skills required to prioritize conflicting deadlines.
Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are also required.
