Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the support team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: O'Fallon, MO

Pay Range: $18 per hour

Shift: Day shift

What's the Job?

Managing the correspondence and communications of the organization such as phone calls, post, and emails.

Bookkeeping, record-keeping, or data entry into financial, personnel, and legal databases and records.

Maintenance and organization of company records.

Performing basic office duty work.

Keeping the office clean and making coffee for your team.

What's Needed?

Prior Admin experience

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in basic computer applications.
