Position Overview
The Senior Director of Product Marketing is the executive owner of the company's product marketing strategy-defining how our portfolio is positioned in the market, how our value is articulated, and how our products drive long-term growth.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, partnering closely with executive leadership to shape company strategy and translate it into compelling go-to-market execution. As a highly visible leader, this role influences product direction, revenue outcomes, and how the company shows up to customers, prospects, analysts, and the broader market.
The Senior Director will build and lead a high-performing product marketing organization, setting the vision, standards, and operating model that enable the business to scale.
Primary Responsibilities
Own the company-wide product marketing strategy, including portfolio positioning, segmentation, messaging, and competitive differentiation across customer segments and the full customer lifecycle.
Set the long-term vision for how the company shows up to the market, ensuring product narratives align with business strategy, growth priorities, and category leadership goals.
Partner with Product leadership to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions, bringing the voice of the customer, market insight, and competitive intelligence into planning and prioritization.
Define and lead the go-to-market operating model for new products, major releases, and strategic initiatives, ensuring consistent, high-impact execution across the organization.
Drive high-visibility product launches and GTM motions that demonstrate innovation, clearly communicate differentiated value, and support revenue growth and expansion.
Serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, ensuring product positioning, value frameworks, and competitive narratives materially improve sales effectiveness and confidence.
Collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Brand, and Corporate Marketing to create compelling, integrated stories that build awareness, generate demand, and reinforce our market leadership.
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing product marketing organization, developing leaders, setting quality bars, and prioritizing work that delivers the greatest business impact.
Establish clear operating rhythms, prioritization frameworks, and success metrics for the product marketing function to ensure focus, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Act as a visible market-facing leader, serving as a spokesperson with customers, partners, industry analysts, and the press to reinforce the company's differentiated point of view.
Elevate the influence of product marketing across the company, positioning the function as a strategic partner to Product, Sales, and executive leadership-not a service or support team.
Education and Experience:
15+ years of marketing or product management experience at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
People-focused leader with proven ability to build creative, collaborative teams; develop people; and link performance to overall business objectives.
Excellent cross group collaboration skills, excelling at both high-level thinking and influencing and inspiring others to achieve a common goal.

The base pay range for this position is $170,000 - $210,000k/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
