Front Desk Coordinator

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Coconut Creek, Florida. In this Contract position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, and maintaining an organized atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and attentive manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.

Handle incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, directing inquiries and messages appropriately.

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and well-organized.

Monitor and replenish office supplies, including beverages, to support staff needs.

Coordinate with delivery services to track and confirm package arrivals.

Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including scheduling and document preparation.

Uphold company policies and procedures while interacting with clients and staff.

Address visitor inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.

Assist in organizing and managing daily schedules to ensure efficient operations. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or administrative role.

Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.

Detail-oriented approach to demeanor and appearance.

Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer programs.
