Day to Day
Guide a core team in building the data pipelines that empower the entire Client Success and Operations departments
Drive the team in owning and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
Ensure data integrity across all CRM and operational platforms. Provide clean data sets for other teams to build unbiased reporting.
Audit and certify key metrics to ensure business-wide consistency.
Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain high privacy compliance standards.
Deliver technical training to increase adoption of analytics tools.
Monitor emerging technologies to keep data processes state-of-the-art.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain data models and pipelines that enable reporting teams to deliver client insights and internal KPI tracking
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across all analytics deliverables.
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Client Success Managers, Operations Managers, and other business partners to align analytics initiatives with organizational needs.
Maintain high data quality and compliance with privacy standards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, feedback, and accountability within the team.
Skills/Competencies
Proven experience building and leading high-performing analytics or business operations teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
Deep expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R).
Solid business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and supporting large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership. Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in sales analytics, customer experience insights, or management consulting. At least 3 years of proven people leadership, with a track record of scaling and developing high-performing analytics teams that support sales and service goals.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, and data visualization tools like Tableau, specifically applied to performance tracking, pipeline review, customer health, or service metrics.

Austin 119,000 - 173,000 USD per year
NYC Metro Area 138,000 - 200,000 USD per year
Seattle Metro Area 137,000 - 199,000 USD per year
San Francisco Bay Area 146,000 - 212,000 USD per year
US Remote 119,000 - 173,000 USD per year
Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
