Job Purpose & Scope

Responsible for processing garnishments and levies received for Bank OZK.

Essential Job Functions

Ensures customers, internal or external, receive exceptional service at all times.

Maintains current processing information for garnishments and levies for states in which the bank maintains and operates retail offices.

Maintains current processing information regarding IRS levies.

Maintains office supplies/inventory.

Provides standardized notification letter(s) to the customer, providing details of the action and hold information.

Files and/or scans documents for legal review, branch communication, and regulatory/compliance retention.

Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of garnishments and levies processing requirements

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

Ability to work without close supervision

Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Ability to manage time effectively and meet exacting deadlines

Ability to adapt well to change

Ability to adapt to repeated interruptions

Ability to respond to requests and demands professionally and promptly

Ability to work extended hours as needed

Ability to learn and follow Bank policies and procedures

Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of one (1) year experience using computer, including Microsoft Word and Excel, required

Job Expectations

Operate customary equipment and technology used in a business environment, with or without accommodation.
