Temporary seasonal position from 3/15/2026 to 12/31/2026
SET, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN ALL FARMING EQIPMENT TO PLANT, CULTIVATE,
AND HARVEST ALL FORAGE CROPS. ALL OTHER MAINTENANCE AND RELATED
DUTIES PERTAINING TO CROP FARMING, SUCH AS PICKING ROCKS, APPLYING
FERTILIZERS & CHEMICALS, BASIC BUILDING OR
EQUIPMENT REPAIRS.
ABILITY TO OBTAIN DRIVER'S LICENSE IN 30 DAYS OF HIRE, ABLE TO LIFT 100LBS
REPEATEDLY AND 3 MONTHS EXPERIENCE. 70% GRAIN RELATED DUTIES, 30%
MAINTENANCE RELATED DUTIES.
DRUG TESTING MAY OCCUR AT RANDOM AT EMPLOYERS COST.

REFERRALS WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM SWA, DIRECTLY FROM APPLICATIONS, WALK-INS, GATE HIRES AND FROM ALL OTHER RESOURCES. WORKERS MUST MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: WILLING AND AVAILABLE TO WORK ENTIRE SEASON, LEGALLY ENTITLED TO WORK IN THE USA, ABLE AND QUALIFIED TO PERFORM JOB AND MEET THE LISTED REQUIREMENTS. WORKERS MUST POSSESS DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED TO ENABLE EMPLOYER TO COMPLY WITH THE EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS OF IRA. ACCURATE COMPLETION OF THE FORM I-9 WILL BE REQUIRED OF EACH WORKER WITHIN 3 DAYS OF HIRE PURSUANT OF US LAW. EMPLOYER WILL ABIDE BY THE REQUIREMENTS AND ASSURANCES OF 20 CFR$653.501 IN THE PROCESSING AND/OR HIRING OF INDIVIDUALS REFERRED THROUGH THE CLEARANCE
