Advanced Application Engineering Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Austin, TX): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Advanced Application Engineering Associate Manager in Austin, TX, and the job duties are as follows:
Oversee the administration and maintenance of access security systems, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and schedule.
Develop strategies to investigate security incidents and access problems.
Establish techniques for and reviewing analysis, risk assessment, and troubleshoot to improve security systems.
Plan, implement, and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions, integrating authentication and access controls in line with project requirements.
Ensure compliance with information security processes, procedures, and controls, initiating and reviewing project modifications as required.
Customizing IAM product features to meet specific business needs beyond standard out-of-box functionality, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Identify, review, and perform vendor and technology assessments, ensuring resource availability and alignment with strategic initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
Implementing and managing enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, including Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), and Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), to enforce identity governance, access control, and policy compliance;
Plan, coordinate, and execute IAM-related releases on Oracle cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Platform across development, staging and production environments ensuring secure and compliant deployment of access control solutions and maintain the integrity of identity services across the enterprise;
Assist in the development of IAM reports, metrics and procedures based on analytical findings and provide insights and reporting to support access reviews, audit responses, and risk assessments;
Configuring and administering directory services such as Microsoft Active Directory and Oracle Internet Directory to centralize user management, enforce authentication protocols, and integrate with enterprise security systems;
Designing and enforcing role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks to manage permissions and roles at scale across multiple systems and user groups, ensuring compliance with least-privilege access policies;
Integrating IAM platforms with hybrid enterprise environments to enable centralized authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), user lifecycle management, and audit logging for internal and third-party applications; and
Managing and Conducting regular access audits, monitoring IAM infrastructure performance, and troubleshooting access-related issues to maintain operational security and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as MARS-E and HIPAA.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
