As a Store Lead, you will be at the forefront of this mission, serving as a subject matter expert on our products and services. Your role is pivotal in enhancing the customer experience, from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they leave with a smile. You will lead by example, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and that our customers feel valued and supported. What You'll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducation: High School diploma or equivalentExperience: 1-2 years in sales and customer service; Applicant must currently be in an active Stores role with a minimum of 6 months experienceCommunication: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishMath Skills: Basic math skillsFlexibility: Work scheduled shift hours and over time as needed Preferred QualificationsTech Savvy: Familiarity with the latest technology and devices to better assist customers#LI-NT1#LI-NT1SRL103 2025-66390 2025 Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers. A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances. The base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $30.50. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $10,296.
