A well-established nonprofit organization within the healthcare and professional certification sector is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-range financial planning. This role offers a competitive salary, strong benefits, and long-term career stability.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000/ yr. W2

Responsibilities:

Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans using historical and market data.

Maintain and validate financial models and reports to ensure alignment with the General Ledger.

Partner with budget owners to prepare budgets and analyze variances.

Monitor financial performance, identify key drivers, and create reporting that supports decision-making.

Support financial system integrations, testing, and process improvements.

Track and report capital projects, ensuring accurate reconciliation and budget compliance.

Prepare Board and committee materials, including reports and data visualizations.

Enhance documentation and processes for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Experience Requirements:

3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.

Strong skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.

Experience with EPM/CPM tools (e.g., Planful) and proficiency with ERP/accounting systems.

Background in budget-to-actual analysis, financial reporting, process improvement, system optimization, accounting tasks, and forecasting.

Familiarity with Intacct, bill.com, ADP, and Salesforce (preferred).

Understanding of GAAP (preferred).

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

MBA with a business-related concentration (preferred)
