We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the SVP / Chief Marketing Officer in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a highly organized and resourceful professional with 8-12 years of experience supporting C-suite executives. Responsibilities include managing a fluid calendar, coordinating complex domestic and international travel, preparing reports and presentations, and handling high-level administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing shifting priorities with ease.

Responsibilities

Manage a fluid and dynamic calendar for the CMO.

Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.

Prepare detailed reports and professional presentations.

Handle high-level administrative tasks with efficiency.

Support the executive team by providing strategic support and managing shifting priorities.

Essential Skills

8-12 years of experience supporting C-suite executives.

Strong calendar management skills, adept at handling shifting priorities.

Expertise in travel coordination, both domestic and international.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Event planning and coordination experience.

Experience supporting a Chief Marketing Officer or SVP.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and proactively.

Bachelor's degree.

Experience with Zoom and virtual meeting platforms.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid work environment with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break. The setup requires onsite presence from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays. The role offers a collaborative and professional atmosphere with a flexible hybrid schedule, providing a meaningful work-life balance for experienced professionals.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $40.00/hr.
