Family Medicine physician job in California :

Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join their esteemed clinic located in Laguna Niguel, California. The clinic prides itself on a collaborative, team-based approach to patient care, supported by a seasoned group of Family Medicine physicians and advanced practice providers, many of whom have demonstrated long-term dedication to our practice. Seeking a candidate who values teamwork and is committed to delivering high-quality care within the well-established framework. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing medical procedures (IF APPLICABLE TO YOUR ROLE) and capable of serving a wide range of patients, from infants to geriatrics (IF APPLICABLE TO YOUR ROLE).

Full-Time Position
Monday to Friday schedule, 4.5-day work week
On-site Radiology, Laboratory
Access to a comprehensive network of specialists
Collaborative team with experienced physicians
Support from advanced APPs and RNs
Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Team-Based Care: Work alongside a stable team of experienced Family Medicine Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, Pharmacists and Behavioral Health Specialists dedicated to providing exceptional care.

Compensation is between $265,000 and $356,553 per year
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
