Machine Operator - 2nd & 3rd Shift, Paying $22/HR

Location: Carlsbad, CA

Shifts Hiring: 2nd & 3rd Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, blending, and packaging raw materials according to customer specifications. The position requires working in a full clean-room environment , following strict safety and sanitation protocols, and wearing all required PPE-including a respirator.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoy fast-paced production work and take pride in accuracy, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, measure, and blend raw materials based on production orders.

Operate, load, and monitor blending machines and related equipment.

Perform weighing, packaging, labeling, and verification of finished products.

Inspect materials and packaged goods for quality standards and defects.

Maintain strict cleanliness standards by sanitizing machines, work areas, and measuring tools.

Follow all clean-room procedures , wearing appropriate PPE (including respirator).

Adhere to all company safety guidelines, SOPs, and GMPs.

Record production data and report any issues to supervisors.

Required Skills & Experience

Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

Minimum 1 year of recent manufacturing experience .

At least 6 months of machine operating experience preferred.

Comfortable working in a clean-room environment with PPE.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.12 - $22.62/hr.
