What to ExpectTesla is looking for an exceptional Recruiter to support our Manufacturing Engineering teams. We hire the talent responsible for developing next-generation products, automating manufacturing lines, and the "machine that builds the machine". Recruiting at Tesla is challenging; hiring timelines are often compressed, but the work is exciting and impactful to our mission. This role is 100% onsite at our Sparks, NV location. Alternatively, role can be based out of Buffalo, NY or Lathrop, CA sites.What You'll Do Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategyEfficiently manage time and resources while keeping business partners informed through regular updatesUse a variety of techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talentConduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills be successful in the Tesla environmentFocus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunityWhat You'll Bring Onsite at Gigafactory Nevada which is in the Tahoe/Reno region of Northwest Nevada. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
