Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support our Boeing Production Systems (BPS) team in Puyallup, Washington.

Our teams are currently hiring for a range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Level Manufacturing Operations Analysts.

Position Responsibilities:

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

Analyzes and interprets data

Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk

Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives

Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

Business unit focal for 5S

Works under minimal direction

Utilizes Systematic Problem Solving & Lean tools to improve the production system

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment

3+ years of experience in performing data analysis

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

1+ year of experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience change if level 3 added

3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)

3+ years of experience with Project Management

3+ years leading complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers

3+ years working with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives

Shift:

Successful candidates will primarily work 1st shift but should be flexible to occasionally work outside of normal hours to support manufacturing needs.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Typical Education/Experience:

Experienced (Level 3)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior (Level 4)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for a level 3: $ 102,600 - 125,400

Summary pay range for a level 4: $ 126,000 - 154,000
