Location: Nampa, ID

Shifts Available:

Saturday- Tuesday 6pm- 6am

Wed- Saturday 6pm- 6am

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll be a key part of the manufacturing process, helping ensure PCBs are built safely and efficiently. Your day-to-day may include:

Assembling parts and products by following work instructions and standard procedures

Inspecting products to meet quality standards

Operating basic equipment and tools (training provided)

Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe

Working closely with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals

Following all safety, quality, and attendance guidelines

What We're Looking For

This role is ideal for entry-level candidates. You don't need previous manufacturing experience-we'll train you. Successful candidates typically have:

Willingness to learn and take direction

Ability to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks

Basic reading and communication skills

Reliability and a strong attendance record

Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs with or without assistance

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
