What will you do at MMI?

As a Community Coach you could be providing any one or a combination of Respite, CLS (Community Living Support), Activities Coaching, or Employment Coaching. This could mean involving Person's Served in engaging with the community in choice based inclusive activities, or assisting individuals with independent living. You may provide Respite care to youth or assisting or teaching Person's Served employment skills. Through the use of Person Centered Planning, coaches have the ability to help people successfully achieve their goals all while ensuring their care and safety. You will work primarily in the Big Rapids, Mecosta county area. Driving is a requirment of the job.
