As a Security Officer - Media Campus Rover in Hebron, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Security Officer at a leading tech location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document activities, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services as directed by post orders.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including office areas, lobbies, loading areas, parking areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

Monitor access points, verify identification and/or access credentials as required, and direct visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel according to site-specific policies.

Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations, and assist with de-escalation and customer service resolution when appropriate.

Operate and monitor security-related systems such as access control, visitor management tools, alarms, and/or CCTV when assigned, and report issues for service.

Complete required reports including shift activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation with accurate, timely details.

Support client operations by providing directions, answering questions, and coordinating with site teams during events, peak traffic periods, and/or special projects.

Follow all Allied Universal and client-specific post orders, including radio and communication protocols, and participate in required training and briefings.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
