Job Title: Warehouse Worker/Backup Driver Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker/Backup Driver to support our produce department. The role involves pulling orders, preparing shipments, loading trucks, and occasionally serving as a backup driver. This position requires experience with pallet jacks and rider jacks, as well as the ability to work comfortably in cooler and freezer environments.

Responsibilities

Pull orders accurately and efficiently for the produce department.

Prepare orders for shipping and ensure proper loading of trucks.

Operate pallet jacks and rider jacks safely and effectively.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Work in cooler and freezer areas for extended periods.

Serve as a backup driver when necessary.

Essential Skills

Proficient in operating pallet jacks and rider jacks.

Experience with order picking and warehouse operations.

Comfortable working in cold environments for the majority of the shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience with box truck or delivery driving is preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SEATTLE, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
