Offering spectacular views spanning from Niagara Falls to the hills of the Southern Tie with unparalleled amenities, exceptional service and a remarkable location.

alary Range: $17.50 To $18.50 / hour

The Valet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily valet parking operations to ensure safe, efficient, and courteous service for hotel guests. This role actively participates in valet duties, including driving guest vehicles and operating a company-owned shuttle van, while coordinating the shifts workflow, supporting fellow valets to ensure seamless traffic movement and guest satisfaction. The Valet Supervisor ensures exceptional guest experience and compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.

Salary Range: $17.50 To $18.50 / hour

The Front Desk Associate provides prompt and courteous service by checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering guest questions and resolving guest challenges throughout their stay. The Front Desk Associate also promotes hotel services and amenities, provides upgrades as required, and upsells products to the guests.

This role requires weekend, holiday & morning availability. This is a full-time position with variable hours based on availability and business needs. Flexibility with scheduling is essential to meet the needs of our hotel operations.
