As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Heritage Commons, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults. Position Type: Part-Time, benefit eligible position working 24 hours a week

Wage Range: $32 - $35 / hour depending on experience

Location: 350 Van White Memorial Blvd, Minneapolis MN 55405

Nurse Responsibilities:

Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.

Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.

Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.

Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.

Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a client's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.

Performs additional duties as required.

Nurse Qualifications:

Current MN LPN License required.

Must have strong communication and organizational skills.

Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
