In addition to hospitals in both Minneapolis and St. Paul, Children's has pediatric, specialty and rehab clinics throughout the metro area. Our Clinics not only offer a small office atmosphere; they also provide you the opportunity to become a valued member of a larger prominent Healthcare system. Position Summary This position exists to assist the providers and staff in the clerical and patient care aspects of the pediatric clinic. The schedule for this position is expected to be Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with a half day during the week (likely Tuesdays). High school graduate or equivalent. BLS certification required. Post high school training in a health care setting and/or pediatric experience preferred. Computer knowledge. Medical terminology preferred. Demonstrated customer service skills and organizational skills. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs. In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay. All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of an occupational health assessment, drug screen, background investigation, and compliance with the U.S. Government Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification.
