Redfield Community Memorial Hospital and Clinic is seeking a qualified individual to join our team!
Position Highlights
Job Summary:
Supports Administrator in all aspects of Administration. Assist/perform other duties as requested by Administration.
Essential Job Functions:
Assists Administrator in all aspects of Administration including assisting with appointments, writing correspondence, filing, and record keeping.
Assist Administration in physician recruitment activities, committee meetings, etc. Coordinates physician visitation.
Coordinate meetings such as: CMH Board of Governors (monthly or special meetings), CMH Foundation Board (quarterly), Recruitment Committee Meetings (as needed), Directors Meetings (monthly), CMH Auxiliary and committee meetings for special events.
Prepares CMH Board of Governors meeting's agendas and packets sent to the CMH Board of Governors in a timely manner. The agenda sent to the City of Redfield for posting.
Responsible for submitting legal notices and Board of Governors minutes for proof of publication.
Responsible for the credentialing process of all active staff medical providers at CMH; credentialing of telemedicine, outreach, consulting and courtesy medical staff at CMH.
Application/Revalidation of Medicare forms for the facility and medical staff.
Responsible for the licensing/renewals of Community Memorial Hospital, medical license, DEA and SD DEA of the Medical Staff.
Responsible for application/renewal of the Directors/Officers Liability insurance.
Responsible for renewal of contracts and agreements, certificate of insurance, proof of liability insurance certificates for Community Memorial Hospital.
Prepare and publish the CMH/Redfield Clinic monthly Outreach calendar.
Update the CMH, CMH/C Foundation and CMH Auxiliary website pages.
Marginal Job Functions:
Assist various departments/groups such as: CMH/Clinic Foundation and CMH Auxiliary in coordinating fund raisers and special events such as: CMH/Clinic Foundation Golf Tourney, CMH Auxiliary Craft/Vendor Fair. The fundraisers promote their organization and proceeds are to aid the hospital and clinic.
Other duties as assigned.

Education:
High school diploma required.

Computer knowledge is essential
Must have general knowledge of Community Memorial Hospital and Redfield Clinic.
Must have excellent administrative, organizational and leadership skills.
