Description

We are looking for an experienced Concierge to join our team on a contract basis in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations and assisting with events. Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist employees and visitors while maintaining an attentive and friendly lobby environment.

Coordinate conference room bookings and ensure proper setup and breakdown for meetings and events.

Provide information about the building, campus, and surrounding area to employees and guests.

Address and resolve issues related to building services such as janitorial, mailroom, copier services, parking, badging, and more.

Maintain the organization and cleanliness of lobby and front desk areas.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and provide support as needed.

Respond promptly to requests for information and communicate effectively with management at various levels.

Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Assist with event setup, execution, and post-event breakdown.

Perform additional duties as required to support the business needs.

Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent.

8-10 years of experience in hospitality, with a focus on customer service.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various levels of management.

Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional after-hours events. TalentMatch®
