As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aero and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and provide clear communication and customer service to employees and visitors. You will complete routine rounds, document observations, and coordinate with site contacts as needed. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and documenting actions taken.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Control access at entry and exit points by checking credentials, validating visitor authorization, and directing personnel to the appropriate check-in process.

Monitor alarms, cameras, and other site systems, and report irregular conditions per site procedures.

Perform routine inspections of doors, gates, fencing, and restricted areas, and report maintenance or access concerns through the established channels.

Complete reports such as shift activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation with clear, accurate details.

Support emergency and evacuation procedures, including assisting with muster accountability and coordinating with onsite contacts and responding agencies as directed.

Enforce site rules and conduct guidelines in a professional manner while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Communicate clearly with Allied Universal supervision and onsite stakeholders regarding developing situations, policy questions, and operational needs.

Minimum Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
