The role - what you'll do

Barr is seeking a senior AI consultant to join our Digital Solutions team. This senior consulting role is responsible for building Barr's AI-enabled consulting services. The senior AI consultant defines how Barr applies artificial intelligence and data analytics to deliver value in environmental consulting and engineering projects.

Working closely with the business unit leadership, the director of project technology, and project leaders, this person will shape service offerings, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive business growth for AI-related services. This role bridges technical innovation with client delivery, leveraging Barr's existing AI and data science expertise while concentrating on market impact, client engagement, and service development.

Compensation: Anticipated range of $130,000-$180,000 annually. Compensation will vary based on relevant experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary cash bonus based on team and individual performance. This position is classified as exempt (salaried) under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
