We are seeking a Lead Security Manager- Investigations

for our Broomfield, CO

location.

The Lead Security Manager-Investigations is responsible for developing and executing a myriad of programs around corporate investigations, crisis management, global intelligence and liaison, training, and compliance. These programs will support the strategy that aligns with the organization's overall security objectives. This role oversees all aspects of these programs and will be expected to not only enact these programs but be able to brief and communicate to the various affected entities outside the security team. The Security Manager will collaborate closely with other security teams to integrate intelligence initiatives and support cyber, insider risk and counterintelligence programs ensuring a unified approach to protecting personnel, assets, and information. Additionally, the position drives innovation in government and law enforcement partnerships and leads global training programs to strengthen organizational resilience against emerging threats.

Key Responsibilities include:

Investigations

Lead and manage investigations into fraud, misconduct, and security breaches.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards during investigative processes.

Review and assess all security incident reports for patterns and emerging risks.

Prepare analytical reports and recommend preventive measures.

Crisis Management

Actively monitor global intelligence services for emerging threats.

Serve as security lead during crisis events, ensuring rapid and effective response.

Develop crisis management plans and conduct drills with key partners across global locations.

Collaborate with other divisions (HSE/Ops) to ensure integrated crisis preparedness.

Global Intelligence & Liaison

Develop and implement community outreach programs ("Know Your Neighbor") to strengthen local security networks.

Establish and maintain relationships with U.S. government agencies (e.g., FBI Legal Attach s, Department of State) for intelligence sharing and crisis support.

Build partnerships with local law enforcement agencies near corporate facilities to enhance collaboration and emergency response.

Implement corporate intelligence strategy and training globally in coordination with internal teams.

Training

Deliver basic security training and refresher courses for employees.

Provide specific training for targeted individuals and high-risk roles.

Conduct all-employee sessions on active threat response, situational awareness, and emergency preparedness.

Organize guest speaker events and lunch-and-learn sessions to promote security awareness.

Compliance

Conduct assessments of all physical security controls to ensure effectiveness.

Review and update security policies and procedures regularly.

Perform quarterly access control audits and recommend improvements.

You Must Have:

Bachelor's degree minimum

Minimum 7+ years of experience in corporate investigations, intelligence, or law enforcement liaison roles.

Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status.

Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

We Value:

Bachelor's degree: ideally in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field preferred

Strong knowledge of investigative techniques, compliance standards, and global threat landscapes.

Proven ability to manage sensitive investigations and maintain confidentiality.

Experience in crisis management

Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

Experience working with government agencies and local law enforcement, both domestically and abroad.

Familiarity with corporate intelligence strategies and investigative technologies.

Compensation & Benefits:

Incentive Eligible -- Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable The pay range for this role is $129,000 -- $162,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate's skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
