Restoration Field Technician

?? Dodge Center, MN

?? $20-$25/hr

?? Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM (end time varies by job)

Join a fast-growing restoration team helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage . This role is hands-on, physical, and offers strong training, certifications, and a clear path for career growth.

Perfect for candidates with general labor, construction, carpentry, cleaning, or mechanical experience - no restoration experience required .

What You'll Do In the Field

Pack, clean, and store contents from affected homes and businesses

Identify, document, and track damaged items

Operate cleaning/drying equipment and repackage restored contents

Maintain jobsite cleanliness and follow all safety procedures

Drive company vehicle to job sites and assist with setup

Interact professionally with customers and team leads

What You'll Do in the Shop

Intake, inventory, and categorize contents

Perform cleaning, drying, deodorizing, and restoration tasks

Repackage items and organize storage

Document work and communicate with project teams

Ideal Candidate

Valid driver's license + reliable transportation

Able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work on ladders

Comfortable using smartphone apps for documentation

Strong attention to detail and communication

Willing to learn, take direction, and advance

Experience in framing, installation, demolition, cleaning, or restoration is a plus - but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
