The Technical Program Management team partners with engineering groups to deliver complex projects efficiently. What you'll do:
Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths to manage multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution.
Partner with Product and Engineering to drive technical alignment from requirements to implementation by negotiating trade-offs and securing decisions.
Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to maintain quality and timelines.
Communicate program status, risks, and updates effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
Drive process improvements and promote automation to enhance program delivery and operational excellence.
Mentor associates and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Proven expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks to lead multiple medium to high-complexity programs.

The annual salary range for this position is $121,000.00 - $242,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
