As the Finance Analyst of AVS Digital, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across the entire SBU value stream. This role will serve as business partner to the AVS Digital team and provide decision support on financial planning and budgeting, capital allocation, new product development execution, supply and demand forecasting, new product commercialization, installed base management, pricing strategies, organic growth, and external partnerships. This role will also work across AVS subsegments, regions and Corporate to drive AVS Digital and Recurring Revenue growth. This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager of AVS Digital and Services.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Support business leadership to establish growth playbook plans & operating plan and help deliver financial results & regional growth.
Provide sustainable and insightful analysis and reporting of key business metrics and partner with the operating team to drive appropriate actions.
Work with global region commercial and finance teams to understand the drivers of orders and sales vs budget on revenue, sales margin (SM), average Sales Price (ASP), Cost of Good Sold (MMICV).
Support the team to triangulate the quarterly estimate and range of outcome for sales and orders.
Collaborate with broader segments to drive insights on Digital Revenue performance and strategic KPIs
Evaluate New Product Introduction (NPI) Business Cases and track performance.
Partner with product leadership team to prioritize R&D projects and manage gross base cost spend. This includes business case preparation, ongoing maintenance, and product profitability analysis to optimize return on investment.
Assist in budget planning and execution of R&D and new business development programs.
Lead quarter closes and ensure timely, accurate and complete results reporting, and variances analysis.
Lead reporting and analytics, both detailed and summarised view of the P&L.
Develop reporting packages & presentations for monthly senior leadership operation reviews.
Partner with operations team to set up and maintain reporting infrastructure including global product hierarchy (OPH), general ledger hierarchy (DRM) and labour tool reporting (LTR) to support financial analysis that aligns with monthly operating rhythm.
Educate product managers on business intelligence tools and help drive product pricing and product structure simplifications.
Lead cross functional projects to drive simplification and standardization throughout the organization and to improve rigor while reducing costs and improving compliance and simplification.
Ensure Compliance and Controllership across financial transactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent with 4 + years experience OR FMP grad with 2 years of experience.
Solid operating finance expertise and rigor.
Experience in closing, analyzing, and forecasting (FP&A).
Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions, and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in a simple manner; able to deliver messages effectively verbally and in writing.
Solid digital skills: experience with financial systems / applications (i.e.: Oracle, Hyperion, PowerBI, Smartsheet, AI, etc.) strong Excel skills and data compilation and aggregation (i.e.: pivot tables, vlookup).

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $105,600.00-$158,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
