We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to oversee financial operations and ensure accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing month-end processes, maintaining general ledger accounts, and conducting audits. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage month-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

· Experience processing payroll for an organization

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to uphold accuracy and consistency. Conduct and oversee financial statement audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Prepare and review journal entries to support accurate accounting records. Monitor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to improve accounting processes and practices. Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff, fostering growth and attention to detail. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Analyze financial data and reports to support strategic decision-making. Implement controls to ensure the integrity and security of financial information.

Requirements - Proven experience in accounting management or supervisory roles.

Strong proficiency in month-end close processes and general ledger maintenance.

Expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements and conducting audits.

Solid understanding of account reconciliation and journal entry preparation.

Familiarity with accounting principles and standards, including GAAP.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership abilities, including team management and mentorship.

Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
