Senior Partner Marketing Manager
Job Description:
Our Value-Added Software Reseller (VAR) partners are a core part of Sage's success and play a key role in how Sage goes to market. Partner Marketing exists to help these partners market and sell Sage solutions more effectively. We're expanding and strengthening this team through increased investment in co-marketing programs, tools, measurement, budgets, and internal cross-functional collaboration - enabling partners to generate pipeline faster and drive measurable impact for their businesses and for Sage.
As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you'll act as a consultative marketing advisor to our Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partners across the US for Sage Intacct-our AI-powered, cloud financial management ERP solution and Sage's fastest-growing business in North America.
A core part of this role is partner management: building strong, trusted relationships with resellers and serving as a strategic marketing partner they rely on. Through those relationships, you'll help shape effective marketing plans - advising on the right channels and tactics, and enabling execution through campaigns-in-a-box supporting tools, performance measurement, and ongoing optimization. You'll own how partner marketing programs are measured and improved over time, helping drive demand, pipeline, and revenue for both partner businesses and Sage.
We're looking for a Partner/Channel Marketer or Demand Generation Marketer with strong consultative skills and a data-driven, performance-focused approach. You know how to build relationships and credibility, influence and identify underperformance early, and turn insights into measurable improvement.
Location: Hybrid 3 days per week from our Atlanta office (Ponce City Market).
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of experience as a channel/partner marketing manager for software reseller partners OR demand generation marketing manager.
Experience marketing B2B SaaS / software solutions
Demand marketing expertise including lead flow, campaign strategies and tactics.
Experience tracking integrated campaign and funnel performance - from MQL through SQL - and using analysis to identify gaps, measure results, and optimize co-marketing programs
Ability to build trusted, consultative partner relationships and influence adoption of marketing programs to deliver measurable results.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
Creative problem-solving abilities and a bias for action.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
