Serco is seeking an Information Technology Intern to join its Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC) team. DMOC delivers secure connectivity and network interoperability between unique simulator platforms across the globe, allowing aircrews to train together in a high-fidelity virtual environment. This position will be located on Kirtland AFB and will be an on-site position beginning Summer 2026.
In this position, you will:
Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of networks, operating systems and associated software.
Learn comprehensive cybersecurity test procedures.
Support various Tier levels of system administration & customer support.
Identify and document defects.
Collaborate with team members on various projects.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A High School Diploma and be enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Modeling & Simulation, or Computer Science
COMPTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent cert.
A Secret DOD Clearance is required prior to starting
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Able to work onsite in Albuquerque, NM
