Entry Level CNC Operator (Days, 3x12 Weekend Shift)

Job Summary:

As a CNC Operator 1, youll be an essential part of our production team, learning and applying manufacturing skills in a supportive environment.

You will:

Operate CNC production machines to produce precision parts according to established standards. Load, unload, and deburr parts for production runs. Inspect finished parts to verify quality using basic measuring tools. Adjust machine offsets as needed to keep parts within tolerance. Meet production goals for quality, quantity, and cycle time. Maintain safe operations by following all safety protocols and procedures. Keep your work area organized and adhere to Lean 6S manufacturing practices. Communicate effectively with your supervisor and team members. Use proper PPE at all times.

Reports To: Manufacturing Manager

What Were Looking For:

Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable working with machines, tools, and detailed parts. Basic Math Skills: Ability to measure accurately and follow written instructions. Manual Dexterity: Steady hands and attention to detail. Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication. Blueprint Reading: Ability to read a blueprint is a plus. Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.

Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.

Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend and walk for long periods--and lifting up to 35 lbs.
