Steam Bay Worker - Position Details

Job Duties / Daily Responsibilities: Remove trash from shop containers, clean parts, sandblast cases, operate forklifts, and work with various chemicals in the steam bay environment.

Required Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome. Preferred candidates will have 1-3 years of related experience or any hands-on work experience in steam bays, heavy equipment environments, pressure washing, or shop work.

Schedule / Shift: Day shift , starting at 5:00 AM . Overtime may be required based on workload.

Pay Rate: $22-$24 per hour , based on experience.

Length of Assignment: Temp-to-hire opportunity.

PPE Requirements: PPE is provided on-site , with the exception of steel-toe boots , which associates must supply.

Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs , stand for 10-12 hour shifts , and work in an environment involving water and chemicals approximately 90% of the day .

Required Screenings: Drug and alcohol testing required.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
