About the role Help keep Foothills Park and Student Housing for Western Welding Academy running smoothly. You'll support daily office workflows---phones and email, check-in/check-out packets, supply tracking, vendor scheduling, and accurate recordkeeping---while learning professional office systems and service standards.

What you'll do

Prepare and process student/tenant check-in/out paperwork; schedule appointments and send confirmations.

Track supply check-outs and replenishment; keep simple logs up to date.

Handle phones and email with a professional, helpful tone; route requests appropriately.

Enter data into forms, logs, and spreadsheets; maintain tidy digital/physical files.

Coordinate basic vendor scheduling (cleaners, maintenance).

Follow documented steps for receiving/accepting rent and reconciling logs.

Complete one small process improvement (e.g., turn checklist, onboarding packet, or supply checkout cleanup) with a simple handoff.
