Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fairport, New York. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to an organized office environment while honing your administrative and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will bring strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality support to daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming phone calls, providing attentive and courteous assistance to callers.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records and databases.

Organize and maintain office files, ensuring easy access to necessary documents.

Support daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming reception experience.

Coordinate office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operations.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.

Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or related roles.

Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and courteously.

Experience in receptionist duties and maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
