Administrative Assistant

General Responsibilities: Attends to administrative functions, answers telephone, works with industry-based software. Duties: Attends to bookkeeping functions and clerical duties

Attends to all functions of the computer as it relates to assigned sales centers.

Assists with answering telephone inquiries and greets customers.

Files correspondence and all information relating to assigned sales centers.

Assists in records retention for all records.

Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Should be able to work well with others and be capable of dealing with the public. should be able to @type and have an interest in bookkeeping. Should have experience with computers and other office equipment as well as a desire to learn. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent organizational, written and communication skills

Ability to read and write the English language

Ability to greet the public in a professional manner

Ability to perform Essential Duties as outlined below

Ability to perform work tasks within the physical demand requirements as outlined below

Good attention to detail WORK ENVIRONMENT: 95% indoors, 5% outdoors WORK PACE: Self-paced, requiring the ability to think and act efficiently in an often-times fast-paced, emotionally demanding work area. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Complete administrative tasks as required

Perform clerical/office skills as assigned

Type and file

Other duties as assigned
