Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Oakwood Village, Ohio. This is an onsite position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. As a Contract to permanent placement opportunity, this role offers the potential for long-term growth within the company while contributing to essential administrative and HR functions.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain employee files and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Screen potential new team members and assist in onboarding processes.

Support office administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining organized workspaces.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create and update Excel spreadsheets and other documents.

Provide assistance with HR-related tasks as needed.

Answer inbound calls and professionally address inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate departments.

Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operation

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support roles or similar positions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Familiarity with HR functions and onboarding processes is preferred.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday during standard business hours. TalentMatch®
