Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $28 per hour
Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)

What's a typical day as Supply Chain Coordinator? You'll be:
Communicating shipment status and shipment accessorial changes between the logistics team, plant shipping leads, and carrier partners
Reviewing and resolving suspended carrier invoices, addressing payment and accessorial requests, and auditing carrier quotes within a Transportation Management System (TMS)
Tracking and tracing shipments from pickup through delivery, escalating issues, and troubleshooting problems for plant and carrier partners
Maintaining data accuracy in the TMS, updating rates, carriers, templates, and organizing spot quotes
Supporting carrier onboarding and training processes, creating and maintaining SOPs, and assisting with TMS implementation
Monitoring and communicating weekly fuel surcharge updates, researching cost discrepancies, and maintaining key logistics databases for plants, customers, carriers, and suppliers
Preparing and executing carrier scorecard data results, providing feedback for performance improvement
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have an Associate's degree or at least 3 years of post-high school work experience (required)
Possess a minimum of 1 year business analytics and freight audit experience
Bring at least 2 years of customer service experience and 2 years in transportation or load planning
Demonstrate intermediate skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Excel in communication, organization, teamwork, and negotiation
Have strong prioritization, planning, and analytical skills, and are highly driven and results-oriented
Are comfortable with intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and database management
