Eaton's IS VEH VGGP division is currently seeking a Lead Marketing Analyst. This is a full time, hybrid work opportunity that can be based from either our Southfield MI or Galesburg MI facilitiy.
The Lead Marketing Analyst is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that directly support sales enablement and growth for assigned Mobility Group segments and product lines.
This role leverages a strategic mindset and advanced digital tools-including AI-powered platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and social selling solutions (e.g., LinkedIn Navigator)-to optimize communications, drive demand generation, and enhance customer engagement. This role collaborates closely with commercial, business unit, and regional teams to design campaigns that are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with sales objectives.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.

What you'll do:
Promote and differentiate Eaton's Mobility innovations with strategically aligned integrated marketing strategies that build engagement and trust with its original equipment customers and aftermarket distributors.
Development of integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive profitable wins and business retention to support the Mobility Group strategic plan.
Development of campaign content and audience engagement strategy, as well as go-to-market approach (working closely with all relevant Mobility Group and CoE leaders)
Lead development/refinement of value propositions that inform message and buyer journey maps.
Owner of key messages and working with the trade show coordinator on events, including: customer tech days, various annual events. Management of budget details, including: Profit Plan prioritization, supplier invoicing and statement of work.
Lead the coordination of corporate resources (software, web development/eaton.com, social media, trade shows...) and branding standards to support a consistent Eaton image and drive operational efficiencies.
Define campaign success metrics and the review cadence with all contributing teams to ensure demand generation objectives realized and continuous optimization of campaign results and customer engagement metrics
Ensure regular communications with regional and business unit teams to keep them informed on project plans and results, shifting resources based on changing business needs.
Support sales outreach and lead generation by equipping sales teams with digital assets, training on tools like LinkedIn Navigator, and developing content for social selling.
Develop and manage digital campaigns that span web, social, email, and events, with a focus on measurable outcomes tied to sales enablement.
Champion a culture of digital innovation, staying current with emerging technologies and best practices in digital marketing and sales enablement.
Qualifications:
Required Basic Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Minimum five (5) years experience in marketing/communications

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related industry
Experience with AI-powered marketing platforms, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and social selling tools (e.g. LinkedIn Navigator).
Skills:
Demonstrated ability to use analytics and social media metrics to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
Proven track record of supporting sales teams through digital initiatives and content development
Strong understanding of integrated digital marketing, sales enablement, and data-driven decision-making.
