Job Title: Construction Laborer - Structural/Assembly Job Description

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively in a team environment to build top-quality, affordable housing.

Utilize various hand, power, and pneumatic tools effectively.

Maintain a stable production phase and ensure high up-time of factory machinery.

Promote and adhere to company values while innovating and implementing new processes.

Perform duties that involve standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting 50+ pounds regularly.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in using hand, power, and pneumatic tools.

Ability to read a tape measure to a 1/16" accuracy.

Proven problem-solving skills and self-motivation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in construction, general labor, or production environments.

Attention to detail and ability to work with concrete and carpentry.

Strong desire to innovate and improve team performance.

Work Environment

Work in a modern facility in Nampa, ID, where robots handle a majority of the work. This active role requires physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Assignments are determined during the interview process and will align with departmental needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
