Practical and Professional knowledge of a wide range of all the Services military and commercial technical Command, Control, Communications, and Computer methods, principles, and practices to include all DOD365-J applications. Knowledge of knowledge management capabilities and employment to translate strategies into practical information technology solutions and develop knowledge sharing software applications that integrates agile operational data and information management capability. Skill in software programming languages such as jQuery, JavaScript, and HTML to determine output formats, design applications, and software applications to be used to support information dominance.
